To be eligible, the applicant’s household must income-qualify based on total number of persons in the household and annual household income. Please contact rental office for income restrictions.

To be eligible, applicant’s must be on a waiting list through the Dakota County CDA and also be a recent or current recipient of MFIP.

Market

To be eligible, the applicant’s household income must be 2X the monthly rent.
